#736 Banana Cake

Watch today's show at YouTube or BlipTV.

Sunday Kitchen #95 Banana Cake

One cup of flour.
Half a teaspoon of baking powder.
Half a teaspoon of baking soda.
Quarter of a teaspoon of salt.
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon.

One mashed banana.
Quarter of a cup of oil.
Mix.
Quarter of a cup of sugar.
Mix.
Half a cup of soymilk.
Mix.

Add the wet stuff to the dry stuff.
Mix.

Grease a little cake tin.
Pour the mixture into the tin.

Put it in the frying pan oven.
And cook it over the lowest possible heat for 35 minutes.

It’s still a little bit soft on the top ... so ... now for my next trick, put it in the oven toaster.
The door doesn’t close properly so you have to hold it closed.

Cook it for about two minutes.
And take it out before it starts burning.

As you can see I took it out a couple of seconds too late but it’s not too bad.

Turn the cake over, push the bottom down and take the ring off.
Cut the metal thing off the bottom. Mmm looking good.
Then put it on a rack for it to cool.
And eat it.
